That pie looks great!! Have fun third year! Some people say its the hardest year of medical school, but I think its definitely the best. You actually get to do doctor-y stuff every day. No more lectures and books all day, real live patients! Enjoy!

I love fresh ricotta! I always imagined it to be a complicated process that required special equipment, but discovered its simplicity a few months ago. Mine has been clumpy in the past too, but I think it’s because the recipes have suggested letting it drain for several hours which seems to be way too long. Of course if you squeeze all the water out and form it into a brick you have paneer!

I’ve never worked with condensed milk, so I can’t help you there. But more chocolate/less condensed milk will probably make it better.

But i never used cream, i used condensated milk , semi sweet chocolate and vainilla extract
